Yep I do lol as it has no carbs in so doesn't affect my blood! I don't drink it often though! I have either Monster zero or Monster rehab as it has a lot less carbs and I just bolus for it!

No problems I wouldnt drink too many though, they arent good for you either way lol x

I think It's your fast acting insulin general term for the amount you take for the carbs
There is a free online course and workbooks that could help a lot till you do your course
