First time I write in this forum.I have a question: how to calculate insulin sensitivity factor different hours of the day? because I saw that my daughter, if I have to correct the afternoon and evening hyperglycemia, the only daily factor I have is not enough for me to bring down hyperglycemia, while it works night and morning. I calculated the only daily factor with the 1800 rule but I do not know how to apply it at different times of the day. Thanks.
