Sometimes get this screen when trying to login, often multiple times.

No idea, but if you are logging on, via your PC/laptop browser, it could be worthwhile clearing your cookies. For sites we visit regularly they can build up and clog things up a bit.

Clog things up a bit is obviously a highly technical term......

Site is having a hypo.

Actually no real idea, could be server busy, mis typed log on details, with out input from someone behind the scenes it is a difficult one to answer.

I don't really know as I do not log out, either on the laptop or phone.

I hardly ever log out. I can't see much point really. I just clear my browsing history each evening.
