Well done at reducing you weight. The max target should be 2lb or less/week and so far you have done very well. Any weight loss can be most benificial so don't be too dissapointed with the 2nd weeks reduction of 1lb.
Also be cautious about cutting out carbohydrates as our human bodies were designed to process carbs as a food item, though reducing them does have good benifits, particularly those with a high GL, but carbs should not be cut out altogether. Also drink plenty of fluids (plain water) as this helps.
Don't get too dissapointed, it takes time, sometime many weeks for the body to re-adjust to a change in diet/exercise lifestyle, and in the long term it's better to loose weight in a slow steady progressive manor than to loose weight rapidly which can lead to further problems with the body.
