I see that your BG meter reading is 4 minutes before the Libre (assuming both clocks correct).
As mentioned above the Libre reads 10-15 minutes after BG, so your reading levels could easily be almost 20 minutes apart.
In addition to that almost all meters, Libre included, can be 1mmol or more in error, particularly when over 10mmol/l
So really these two readings can be well within standard level of error.
An error of 10% over a few hours will make a negligible difference to HbA1c comparison some weeks ahead and no meter reading will make any difference to that blood measurement.
What could be different is the estimated A1c level that Libre provides. It's average. I find that sometimes Libre is a little high and sometimes a little low. So the two cancel out for its average.
My last HbA1c blood test was only 1 point different from the Libre estimation - probably fluke!
63 against 64 mol/mol or 7.9% against 8%; 10.1mg against 10.2.
Meaningless differences!
Different strips or different strip meters will give far greater differences in my experience.
