Dissertation on diabetes!


Most nurses are NHS. dn could mean district nurse or diabetic nurse, not sure which you were referring to but diabetic nurses are specialists and are usually the ones to recommend the diabetic medication for the GP to prescribe. Nurse practitioners are highly qualified nurses and do have the ability to change medication.
U.K. nurses are poorly paid but that is not preventing them from progressing
