the results from this morning's testing:
07:00 = 6.6 (FBG)
07:30 = 11.6
08:00 = 12.8 (+1 hour)
08:30 = 10.5
09:00 = 9.3 (+2 hours)
09:30 = 7.7
10:00 = 5.6
so technically I'm not a diabetic, I'm back to Pre-Diabetic levels.
Ho-hum...
It's back on the low-carb wagon with a brief spell of "Atkins Flu" ahead while I get back into the right body mode...
gosh, I didn't half feel yeurgh at the 1 hour point...
