Had a headache over left eye most of the day. Eating regularly & bg ok. Had cottage cheese, salmon, pine nuts & rocket. 2 hrs later bg 6:0. But I feel lightheaded, hungry & tired? Comments

We cannot diagnose. You are best seeing your doctor about your headache.

KTNIC - Doesn't look like much to eat to me, so maybe you were hungry or dehydrated, but if the headache continues, it'd be worth getting chacked out.
 
How long have you been on low carb?
