Do I have type2

Type of diabetes
Don't have diabetes
I have a blood meter to keep an eye on my cholesterol(I take statins). I decided to by chance take a glucose reading one morning and it was 7.2. I took another this morning and it was 7.7. I read on several charts that this indicates I have Type 2 diabetes. What should I do next?

Go to your doctor an get blood tests done.
 

Ask for a Lipid Panel (all the various cholesterol a) and HbA1C (major test for diabetes).

Go to your Dr to get the necessary tests done as I still get FBG readings in the 7's sometimes but I am in the non diabetic range so going on those results alone doesnt confirm diabetes. It would be best to test before eating and two hours after eating which will give you a better indication.
