Optium Xceed BG meter case: No real place to store lancets; inner pocket doesn't have a zip and stuff does tend to fall out quite a lot.
Freestyle Navigator CGM: Poor adhesive. Sensor lasts for 5 days and is waterproof (and the manual says it can be used for swimming), but the adhesive doesn't and isn't.
Maybe I'm missing something here, but pharmacies don't seem to have anything stronger than surgical tape either.
Microlet2 lancing system: Lancet needle cap doesn't "lock" (like the Abbott ones do) and are bound to come off unless you put them in a sharps bin right away. Very inconvenient if you're travelling. Also, durability is a bit poor - springs wore out after 200 tests.
Bayer Contour BG meter: Impossible to use without the manual.
Test strip tubs (general): Test strips tend to cling together a bit; no easy way to get just one out.
Freestyle Optium test strips (individually wrapped): A single wrapper will set of metal detectors at airports.
I think that's it.
