Does anyone else have 'bad eating' days?

This is how long it took the psyllium husk to work through my and hubbies system! ( in some cultures psyllium husk which is added to loads of LCHF recipes is a laxative. As we discovered today - it definitely is! Most uncomfortable walk into town ever!) . Had glass of wine several hours ago with food and feel like I have been out on the lash. Also ate chocolate ball ( oats, sugar, cocoa, butter and coconut) size of squash ball. You can't win em all! Big hug!
