I've just woken to a hypo of 2.8mmol (now treated!) but....
I usually have had really bizarre dreams when I wake that I either;
a) Really never want again as it was horrible and scarred the hell out of me.
Or
b) Was so funny/ intriguing or really off the wall that I want to get back to sleep and finish from where I left off.
But from either of these 2 options I know exactly that these serve as a warning that I'm going hypo and need to wake and treat it?
......By the way the last time was the latter and I'm really disappointed!
