Does anyone get rapid crashing fatigue? (Paralysis)

I know someone who suffer narcolepsy, and he drops off suddenly.

 
The blood tests for my thyroid are just regular, the doc won't do the specialised, I guess it costs them a lot.

I don't have a garden or even a kitchen. I live with a schizophrenic hoarder in a dilapidated Tudor house, I live in a small room with microwave and barely go outside unless for appointments. NHS won't do 1 to 1 counselling in my London district, they offered group counselling, but I don't do it as my social anxiety and general mood is too low
