Just wondering if any folk on here use apple cider vinegar as part of their diet ? Either as a salad dressing or as a diluted drink ?
I know that many people take ACV for it's other health benefits and complementary health therapists have long sung it's praises. Have been doing some reading around the subject and found some interesting medical articles concerning its effect on blood sugar levels. (This is only in relation to Type 2 diabetes) It seems to help insulin resistance.
I think if you take blood sugar lowering medication then you would need to exercise caution but if you are controlling by diet alone, then this might be worth a try. Needless to say Hubby is keen to give this a whirl so I'll report back in a week or so and see if it's had any impact
