I don’t as I’m not sure of the quality of the bulk deals. I like to be able to select nice, fatty cuts of meat so prefer to pick my own.
The only online bulk order I made was from a butcher where the quality was known and I ordered a quarter lamb. It wasn’t cheap but it was delicious.
I make sure I always have cheaper, basic stuff like mince, eggs and bacon in stock as well as a back up tin or two of corned beef.
The stuff you linked above would be far too lean for me.
A good trick is to pick up plenty of ‘yellow sticker’ items from supermarkets. With a freezer you can buy more than you immediately need. There are sometimes some great offers.
