Hi all I'm doing a low carb high fat eating plan, have read various threads on here and on the diet doctor page. Just wondering if Dr bernsteins book is worth the read / money?

Seems to be very expensive when I've looked for it online

Do you know where I could pick it up a bit cheaper? Online it seems to be £30ish

Do you have a Kindle, or a Kindle app ? It's slightly cheaper. Or else " used" on Amazon ?

I ordered mine for about £15 but it's got about a 3 week delivery time

It's £ 4.72 at the moment as a kindle ebook.
Which can be read on any smartphone, tablet or computer (I think) using the kindle app.

Yup - I got the Kindle, but can get it on my iPhone too.
