Dr Phillip Lee MP - Try Engaging Brain

I notice that according to Dr Lee's website "His interests include skiing (water and snow), football, rugby union and playing cricket ". I wonder if he pays for his own treatment if he injures himself after making such obviously risky lifestyle choices?

As a healthy, 11 stone vegetarian man, I really didn't sit down one day when I was fifty and think "Hey, wouldn't it be cool to inject insulin 4 times a day? That's the sort of lifestyle *I'd* like!"

I have complained to Dr Phillip Lee about his villainising statement.

One thing that I said was " ... i am one of millions, whom you have generalised about and insulted by your ignorant statement. " That we are such a large group is a strength, and if moves to make us pay for our meds or drops in service levels are proposed we must fight as a block. They wont want to **** off millions of diabetics coming up to the General Election! Happy New Year everyone!
