I'm not one for taking any type of meds, but when forced to, I do, and being a diabetic, I've been reluctant to take them due to side effects, but I'd like to ask which one of these is better:

Glimepiride

or:

Januvia

I'm concerned by taking Januvia after reading about the cancer position, so your input would be great!

This forum got flagged up today! No doubt you have had changes in your drugs !!! I am inclined to push and question all changes now as some are made due to someone who has not a clue as to my needs making a protocol!! Web surfing had flagged up some health boards who have very strict 'rules' mainly based on cost and a little bit of effectiveness. So, if you are concerned - ask questions. It IS YOUR life that is being treated.
