DSN rant

Good morning sweetpea,
Sorry for dropping of the end of the world yesterday but as I was just getting ready to reply at about 6.20 pm the lecci went down, woomff, nothing nada zilch, am really p----d off with Western Distribution, phoned them to say it was off was told their board showed no problem in our area, had to get the neighbours to phone in to prove I wasn't joking, 2hrs later a crew arrive and stat digging up neighbours garden, midnight before we are back online, by then just so tired so went to bed hey ho

I'm seeing a dietician in a couple of weeks...I can almost see his face when I tell him what I've been doing LOL. Not going back to high carb low fat EVER again!

Just do the "Nodding Dog" thing Loobles . I'm sure my dietician thinks I'm slightly demented, grinning like a loon, nodding at everything and making that peculiar Scottish sound that is siimilar to "Mmphmm "

The only problem is, the ****** believes she is the one whose advice is responsible for my lowered Hbaic and stable weight

Tbh I don't necessarily see the actual need for DSN....9 out of 10 of the times they are blooming useless haha!
 

I am all sorted now anyway but thank you! I have the accu-chek too! and yes I have @donnellysdogs Been on it for nearly a year now, gone so quick :O x
