hello everyone was told 10 days ago i have early diabetes as my bloods were 7.5 and diabetes is 7.6 i did join forum last week and posted a message but somehow i think perhaps i forgot to post it after all my head was in the skys.where do i go from here i'm 62 and feel totally lost had a few age problems last year but this has knocked me for 6 and the weight is getting me downplease give me help from somewhere to get through this thanks jean:?:
