Early Lada - Highs and Lows?

Hi all

Just wondered if this is normal. I am very early LADA and regrettably my diet has been nothing short of disgraceful of late. I have a binge eating disorder that I am seeking help for. So during this time I am having some high and low readings. My highest has been 10.4 in the evening after a rather 'carby' day. Other nights I've gone to bed on an 8 or 9 several hours after eating. But I've also had a couple of 3.9's so seems the extra carbs are giving me highs and lows. Is this the pancreas going a bit mental with the extra carbs and dumping extra insulin to compensate? Last night I went to bed around 8 and woke up at 4.2. Or is this what happens with LADA, the unpredictable pancreas behaves somes days and misbehaves on others? I am not on any meds.
 
I wouldn't really say that a 3.9 is a low as it related to hypoglycemia. To me, a 3.9 reading is on the low end of normal.

Your readings are not unusual given what you described.
