Excellent link thank you. This is what I have seen happen with my own metabolism. I ate more calories by adding fat and lost weight. I still have a way to go in repairing the damage I have done to my body counting calories and cutting down on fats, after all it took me 25+ years of silly diets to make more morbidly obese so I can't expect things to change overnight, but I am getting there now.
Also, 15 years ago I struggled to walk very far because my knees were painful on impact. Recently I walked 12 miles. This is a huge bonus and proves to me that fat is not the enemy.
