Eating sweet chalia or supari ???

I dont know anything about these but the way to find out how they affect you is to test before eating and then 2 hours after

I had to look it up as I didn't know what it was. They contain sweetener what that is will depend on the producer. It maybe sugar or another artificial sweetener.
I then found this

I also found find that there are studies that suggest that betel chewing can cause a lot of problems. For example, it may be bad for your kidneys when you have diabetes.
Perhaps, it's better to try to avoid it.

Please be careful, supari is a carcinogenic.
