eGFR of 60 ml/min - very worried!

Hi. My latest test results show my eGFR as 60. I'm aware this is concerning! It has been between 69 and 80 in the last few years and tends to go up and down slightly but this is the lowest. Has anyone managed to improve their eGFR? Any advice? Thanks.
 
I had mine down to eGFR 62 - it was caused by Covid+ infection. It has taken ages for my kidneys to recover from this.. until 2 years later now my kidneys is now back to eGFR 90+ ranges.

For me I had to take a lot of rest, water, Long Covid treatments medications - esp with flares up, pains, joints pains, dizziness, immune system attacking my body and much more symptoms, exercise intolerance etc.

But I still got to keep eyes on my kidneys as one of them got cyst - have to do an 6 months check up scan now.
