Electrolytes upsetting stomach?

Hello

I am not great at sticking to low carb, but am trying. I have been getting leg cramps and restlessness. I take magnesium supplement and drink bullion which helps. But, I am getting a dull burning abdominal pain. I am guessing the bullion is upsetting my stomach. I take a blood pressure medicine and I do not think I can take potassium supplement. I eat potassium rich foods like avocado.

I am not sure what to do? How do I know if the restless legs or stomach pain are something to see a doctor for.?

I went to a Dr about the restless legs. It is a side effect of a medication I take, Seroquel. I reduced it and am doing better.
