I don't know what size you are but you don't seem to be eating very much at all! You also are having highish carbs and not enough protein and vegetables.
What about:
scrambled eggs and bacon or smoked fish plus tomatoes.
meat of any kind + salad + dressing / berries and double cream
meat of any kind + 2 or three different vegetables and butter
I agree with Katharine, your menu does look very high in carbohydrate. As a result, it's likely your blood sugar and insulin levels are fluctuating widely throughout the day. This can interfere with cellular metabolism with the effect that cells effectively become starved of fuel, which may be why you're feeling so short of energy.
the carb content is prob not more than 100g (unless the cola is real!). where is the protein veggies etc- its not all about carbs if your diet is lacking in most things it will effect your energy levels -.
