had a bad dose of .gasterenteritis 2 weeks ago
i have lost my energy
eating ok
drinking ok
no beer
little lucozade
any ideas how to get my energy levels up

How are you today?
I hope your back to eating 'normally' and some energy has been available.

i suffer from a bad back now and the-n-and to day its a bit

Hopefully you will start feeling better soon. What are you generally eating in a typical day as I know if I dont eat properly I feel absolutely horrendous.
