Enrolling on the low carb programme

Did anyone now using the programme have any problems signing up at the beginning?

I've tried to enrol several times by filling in the registration form (last tried this morning following email for week 10 of the programme) but the system won't accept my registration.

I've now emailed Diabetes UK to ask them for advice about the problem but wondered if anyone in the forum had the same experience, and if so, how they overcame it.
 
I had no problems. Once I had enrolled for the first week I just logged on with my email & password every time I wanted to access the program. I just logged in without a problem.
 
Did the form give you an error of any kind?

No, that's what I don't understand. I've had the same outcome every time I've completed the registration form, I get to the end press the submit button but nothing happens. I tried again this morning as I had an email re the 10th week of the programme but I got the same result. @Giverny
 
I had numerous problems. It kept saying my email address already existed, which it did within my diabetes.co.uk log in, but then it would not allow me to complete my registration. Got there in the end

I don't get any message of any kind, it just won't do anything when I've finished filling in the registration form. I press the submit button and nothing happens. Glad to hear I'm not the only one who had had problems and that you sorted it out in the end but how did you succeed? Did you use a different email address or do a password change? Like you I have email and password for the Diabetes UK site. I've used the same email address to try to register with the low carb programme but chosen a different password. I've tried changing this password but that hasn't worked either!
 
I'm guessing you must have missed the PM I sent, so I'll paste it here for you

It seems that your email address has been used previously to sign up for Diabetes.co.uk & Low Carb Program (our forum uses a different username/password set).

You should be able to request a new password here which will also work for the Low Carb Program https://diabetes.co.uk/lowcarb/reset-password.php
 
Many thanks for your help. I have now changed the password as suggested and succeeded in logging into the low carb programme.
