Error message Dexcom G5 mobile cgm

started using this transmitter on my Dexcom G5 middle of September all working fine. Today at teatime my system suddenly stopped working with no warning and said I needed to re-pair sensor. When I got home tried to pair sensor and got the following error message " we are experiencing a temporary issue with the Dexcom server. Please try again later." Have never had this error message before and it's not in the book of words. Can I assume that it's Dexcom that have the problem rather then my kit? Thanks

Hi jocat44 my daughter wears the dexcom we have had this problem once before and i rang up dexcom and told them, they were really good and sent us out a new transmitter and 2 new sensors for free, i would give it one more try and the give them a call
 
Any news on this topic? I'm experiencing the same thing with a new transmitter. Started about a week ago and had a few problems getting it going and now it's saying the same as Jocat's.
