Everest for JDFR (not me!)

Neil McDonald from Aberdeen has a daughter with T1.
Today he is just below the summit of Mt Everest 'climbing for a cure'

“….. we are at 8300mtrs. Feeling strong and well. The wind has dropped and we should be leaving for the summit at 10pm local time…”
He was in good spirits. They were drinking tea and eating pringles ??!!
Set you watches for 5pm our time and bode them well on this last leg of upward climb. God speed

Well, I hope he makes it safely as Everest has been a death trap over the last few days with people dying because of the queues to get to the top
