I have found that press ups work wonders after a meal.
I have just had a large roast dinner with yorkshire pudding.
With no exersise my bg would be over 10.
If i do about 70 press ups (not all in one go) i find the peak is sub 8.5 and 7.8 at 1 hr after the meal.
Anyone else find this works for them?
I am an advocate of Daily Exercise but not after a meal Living in a country where the daily temperature rarely falls below 85 degrees and is mostly in the 90 range ** I take my exercise in the evening after 10 pm its cooler and helps me sleep.
