Excessive Saliva

Hi

I have been diabetic for nearly 10 years type 2 on metformin and Glipizide recently well i say recently about 2 months
i have been suffering from excessive saliva (drooling) it gets worse in the evening, but is with me all day and i have to keep wiping the corner of my mouth on a regular basis it has started to cause sores, it is totally getting me really down, question is
has anyone ever had anything similar to this and if so what was the cause.

Are you experiencing anything else? It can be a symptom of acid reflux and even vitamin B3 deficiency.

You really ought to be discussing the situation with your doctor.

Thanks for the reply I have acid reflux which I take medication for I think the doctors visit is required just had poor medical response to issue recently
