Exercise does the trick


Me too! It’s a great standby when the weather isn’t favourable.
 
I get a good lowering effect when walking my dog, or using exercise bike if weather is bad. It's the moderate effort that drops levels for me.
 
Walking works best for me. This morning dropped my level from a whopping 8.9 before breakfast (no idea why) of 2 eggs and after a 2 mile walk it was 6.6 2 hrs after eating.
