I’m generally sedentary, 69, male,disabled, with walking issues, 2 sticks, Laminectomy in 2013, Drop foot, type 2 tablets.
HBa1c 51mmol.
I’m getting BS readings weekly of 7.8 to 8.9 mmol on Accucheck and doesn’t vary much no matter when I do it.
Is exercise going to prove to be crucial in getting my blood sugar down towards 5 or 6 or is that a really crass question.
Do I need to fully review my diet?
Just lost 3 stone in 3 months.
