High5 EnergySource 4:1 With Super Carbs 1.6kg Tub it has 40% Fructose / 60% Maltodextrin I want to start running and doing longer distances on my mountain bike and hopefully look better than i do now fitness wise. Sep 2, 2009 #2 Hi, I would ask advice from your diabetes nurse specalist and your dietition first, as if you intend to do some hard excersise you would not want to be stuck miles away and have a hypo.
