Do you use any eyedrops at all ?
Have lots of dry skin on your face or scalp ?
Also some eye conditions can cause dry gritty eyes too.

Hi Alison.
If your eyes are sore as well as red , try bathe them in cooled boiled water .
Use 'seperate' cotton wool beauty eye pads only .
One per eye then discard in bin .
I was taught this at my eye clinic and it DOES work :thumbup:

If your eyes remain red or sore tomorrow?
Please 'do' vist your GP to be on the safe side of things.
