Fags and Carbs


I have been on Keto for just over a year now since being diagnosed T2. I have always loved to bake and went crazy using the Keto recipes. I am now wondering if I have been overdosing on Swerve, Monk Fruit, Erythritol. Actually, I'd rather eat those low-carb foods (treats) than the healthier veggies, always have. I have told people that I don't know if I could have stuck to the LCHF lifestyle if I hadn't found these recipes. I had a health issue in May and lots of stress since then. My last blood tests showed my A1C up from 5.5 to 7. So, maybe these 'natural' sweeteners are wrong for me. I don't want to go on meds so I need to get a handle on this before my next blood work in Dec. So, I guess it's back to the drawing board. Thanks for your post.
