I thought I was past the cravings but it seems I am not. I made the conscious decision to give into evil cravings tonight and see what happened. Well I can tell you that there is no way I shall be falling off the wagon again because the food made me throw up and now I have the most excruciating headache. Ok, so I relented and did something bad but in a way that was a positive thing because I learnt that I can no longer tolerate carbs and sugar so I can now move on happy in the knowledge that I am not missing out on anything!
How often do you all give into the cravings?

I found that after I had been low carbing for some time, if I had more than a very small amount of carbs, I threw up too. So I feel your pain xx

My GP told me it was psychosomatic and I said nope I really really enjoyed the organic chocolate ice cream, why would I want to upchuck it ? He just smirked.

I'm good because I don't want to be sick again, not fun.

I've only been low carbing again for 2 weeks now,and had 2 cheat days on Saturdays. It was wholly unplanned due to hangovers (I know, naughty me...) but on the long term that is not acceptable. At the moment I have not had any cravings at all really, not like I used to. Homicidal rage would fill me and I would have to run away from the carbs... I suppose I'd have to see again, how I adapt and cope but I still expect to have a cheat day every few weeks if I feel the need...

I had a tiny slice of cake back in July at work, and at the moment if I feel the need I will have a spoon of goats milk ice cream (relatively low carb from waitrose) with 2 squares of dark choc melted with butter, double cream and sweetener, all then mixed up to a gooey chocolate bowl of yum! Does the job for me when I need chocolate, yet isn't too far off Lchf!

I felt so bad this morning, although the BGs were not as high as I had expected. Right back on the LCHF today. I can't believe how sick I felt after eating carbs yesterday!
