Falling for Fasting

Yes, you are correct ... I was trying out daily weighing more out of boredom than anything, but I have come to the conclusion that the daily fluctuations are just white noise, and will now return to weekly weighing, as per usual. I am keeping a log anyway, so I will be able to measure trends easily. I do like the lunchtime meal rather than evening, so that will continue. Thanks.
