I had my recent bloods done a month ago, they cam back and my HBA1c ws 60. Which I was kind of expecting, but since then I have started doing a couple of days a week fasting. Well lets say shortening my eating window on a tuesday and thursday, so basically not eating anything from about 2pm until the next morning..

This seems to have been helping as my average bloods has come down to around 6.5 according to my verio.

But oddly on a couple of occassions when I have taken my bloods during this semi fasting period they've been low, so for example 4.8 last night but in the morning higher, in this case 7.1

Has anyone had similiar experiences?

This sounds like Dawn Phenomenon: your body releases glucose into your blood to give you energy to get going in the morning.
It happens to most people; those without diabetes automatically release insulin to convert the glucose to the needed energy.

That's exactly what I am thinking. Its mental trying to keep on top of it all
