Having been concerned about my blood glucose being all over the place I did a 16 hour fasting insulin level blood test.
My blood glucose that morning at 8:30 was 8.3 mmol my blood sample was done at 1400 hours so that's about 16 hours fasting from the previous meal.
My insulin level test result is .56 ml U/L
Can anybody please advise me if this is good bad or indifferent or has it bears relevance to that morning blood glucose level
