I feel quite sorry for the OP

All this FAT he wants to consume.

Sounds disgusting to me, and cannot be good for him.

Can you explain your apparent obsession with consuming Fat ?

Most of us seem able to include enough fat in our diets, without going to extreme lengths to find ways to do so.
