I was on Metformin 750 XR twice daily, But BS still around 140-160. My GP changed MEDS to 5/1000 Kombizyne XR after dinner 3 days ago, but as yet I see no reduction in fasting BS. I had assumed the enzyme blocking effect would be rapid
How effective is this drug, GP put me on it with ambition to get levels down to 110 region
