One last question and I will shut up. Had plans to go breakfast this morning usually I eat hash browns and all the other carbs etc....so instead I got an egg white omlete with chicken sausage, green onion, zuchini, mushroom, and a little bit of goat cheese. That's it....no other food and I felt satisfied. Was that a good low carb choice?

You ask away as many questions as you need..there is no need to shut up....as long as you behave here..
But yes...there is not many carbs there! As you felt satisfied after eating it...and if it kept your hunger away longer than normal and didn't feel like snacking..you are on right stuff! How was your appetite later on?
Actually it's 4 hours later...and I exercised 30 minutes as well and I don't feel hungry yet. It's 4 pm so I think I'm going to just eat a little tuna for dinner and take my meds....

There's never a problem with questions on the forum but when there are numerous threads opened and running at the same time, it makes it difficult to keep track. Often easier to just add onto existing threads, makes things more coherent
