I thought there was a fair bit of woffling to wade through to access the useful information.
When I was a child nearly 80 years ago it was common knowledge that babies and very young children needed fats to help them grow. And it was actually recommended that children younger than (I think) 5-6 should never be given skimmed milk to drink - it had to be the full fat stuff. And we had free school (full fat) milk as well.
And although I've experienced first hand what a high carb diet can do to brain function on a temporary basis, I've never considered what might be the result if such a diet was the norm from birth - so scary stuff indeed!
