Hi after some advice feel sick and bloods are a bit low the thought of eating some jelly babies or having a fizzy drink is already making me bork what would u take now?

Still lucozade sport or fruit juice or maybe sugary tea?

All I can stomach is water to be honest iv not tried anything sugary just afraid I'll end up throwing it up anyway

Anything containing glucose, just keep an eye on your bg levels and if they start to climb check for ketones too. The following has some useful info based on the DAFNE Sick Day Rules:
