feel so ill

not sure if ive picked up a bug or what
but ive been eating all the bad stuff for a few days so could that be causing it
had yogurt and fruit as usual for breakfast

didnt feel hungry for lunch

then about 2ish had a bout of diarrhea, happened a few more times

then started feeling really really sick to the point i had to force myself

now i feel light headed, weak, one minute im sweating the next im freezing

heart rate has increased, short of breath, headache

i dont even want to take a chance with water

dont want to move incase i pass out

What is your BG?
Some of what you have described are indications for me that my BG is high.
However, feeling like that also raises my BG so it is difficult to tell which came first.
 
Sounds like a virus. If you’re worried, call your GP or 111 but fluids, analgesia and wait it out.

im thinking possible virus but it was sudden
im drinking small amounts of water and taken paracetamol for headache, hopefully will pass soon

Norovirus is acute and highly contagious. Take care!

I felt like that last August.My three metformin a day absolutely turned my stomach.The dose was ok when I was 18 stone but not 12.I reduced them down to 2 a day and can just stomach it.But it was really bad,just a thought.

thank you, had an early night, feeling ok'ish this morning but not eaten, i do need to get the fluids in today though

i dont think its the metformin as only take 3 a day and have been fine up until now, if it does happen again ill drop a tablet and see........3 stone lost

ive been drinking water, so far so good, i have electrolyte tablets so ill have one of them today
just made some veggie soup so will try that
just feel weak and horrid
so a day of crochet and walking dead i think

ive managed a big mug of the soup (its one of my faves, cauliflower, broccoli and mixed veg)
and about 1 1/2 liters of juice and water
cheese and tomatoe sandwich (i know not the best but i really fancied it)
 
@licklemoose, sounds like you're getting much better. Cheese and tom sandwich is not half bad, brilliant. A bit of what you fancy does you good
 
hope its ok to share this..........crochet pennywise the dancing clown
but this is what i completed when sick
hes far from perfect, his legs are back to front (very twisted to go forward lol) his eye brows are wrong but it was a very complicated pattern and my head wasnt in the right place and i didnt pay attention to the pattern
ive started the 2nd one and his legs too are backwards but i know where im going wrong so the others should be ok
you can laugh because i have been

i think i have one in my junk drawer
i wasnt running a fever or anything just felt lousy for a few days
but once i got my appetite back it was carbs carbs carbs
mainly because i didnt go shopping and left hubby to it due to feeling drained
