Feeling a bit sorry for myself..... A bit of history and a whine.....

First off I'm sorry this is more of whinge and complaint more than anything else.

I'm just so fed up, and miss the days when the was nothing wrong with me. However things started to change back in 2000, when severe nausea hit. Also around the same time is when I started putting on weight. Actually no, I take that back I ballooned from 6.5st to nearly 13st at my largest. Since then over the years various other problems have cropped up, fibromyalgia, CRPS, Raynaud's phenomenon, depression, and and so on until my recent type 2 diagnosis. Then I had a liver ultrasound which when I asked the woman who did it said that I have a large gall stone and signs of fatty liver.


I just can't help wondering whether in the past things have possibly been missed and/or what the @@@@ is going to go wrong next.....
 
Im so sorry that you are feeling down Rose. If it's of any help, I too have gallstones and most of us have fatty liver that's why we are diabetic the lchf diet helps us slim down and hopefully helps us burn the fat on our livers first. If you are interested there are free videos to view on YouTube under diet.doctor also www.dietdoctor.com is helpful in explaining the science behind the liver fat burning. p.s. I've had my gallstones for years with few I'll effects - drink loads of water. Good luck!
 
Awwww so sorry to hear - I'm afraid I have no magic answer but do please accept a virtual hug!

 

I feel the same sometimes, after decades of diabetes and now other auto immune conditions, I feel what the heck is next ................................. but I do try and feel the positives as much as possible ps I had CRPS and ended up with a dodgy arm.

Thanks guys. I didn't really expect any replies as I needed more just to moan lol. It wasn't really unexpected, but hearing the confirmation was something else.
 
If it helps, I have had a range of things wrong with me including bowel cancer 20 odd years ago, I ain't got most of my insides anymore lol. We fall, we get up again. You're going to be OK our little @RoseofSharon x
