Feeling content

Well done. I am trying low carb but not getting these results.
Working hard at it Maggie, low carb, calories intake around 1600 per day and the weight is slowly coming off too.
I'm reading the book "reverse your diabetes" and it all makes a lot of sense.
 
I read the same book and am sticking to a similar calorie count . The book did make sense and made for an interesting read.
