Feeling low about diabetes

Hi David, yes, as the others say, sometimes the bug (did I mean big?) D sits on us like a nasty black cloud.
Are you back on the coffee yet? Have you tried an antiseptic mouth was for the ulcers? Have you tried vitamin D tablets during the grey winter months?
Hope your personal sunshine’s on its way back! And congratulations to you and Your wife on your anniversary.

Hey David, interesting about the gluten connection with mouth ulcers....I am wondering if you might have a case of oral thrush - painful and nasty. You may need a special mouth wash for thrush - don't know in the UK if you can get it over the counter or need a script. Hope today is going better for you as you see all the positive responses and cheers for success! Blessings/L

@david.ed.bullock Does your mouth look white as well as having ulcers? I have this, ‘Lichus Planus.’ Another autoimmune thing.
Kind of like white specks and seem like ulcers so don't think its thrush as mentioned or lichus planus! I think it's to do with immune system and being run down though and running high on bg
