Are you back on the coffee yet? Have you tried an antiseptic mouth was for the ulcers? Have you tried vitamin D tablets during the grey winter months?

Hey David, interesting about the gluten connection with mouth ulcers....I am wondering if you might have a case of oral thrush - painful and nasty. You may need a special mouth wash for thrush - don't know in the UK if you can get it over the counter or need a script. @david.ed.bullock Does your mouth look white as well as having ulcers? I have this, ‘Lichus Planus.’ Another autoimmune thing.
